To say that the 2012 NDGOP Convention was historic would be an understatement.
This weekend in Bismarck, we saw over 2,000 delegates, alternates, and visitors join in supporting the statewide candidates that are ready to lead North Dakota and our nation to even greater success in the future.
We saw over 10,000 ballots cast during the two day Convention.
We saw newcomers with passion and conviction for their candidates and ideals.
We saw inspring moments as candidates united behind one another to move forward for our state and our people.
We thank the sixteen candidates who poured their hearts into their campaigns, the volunteers who worked so hard to support them, and each and every person who came to cast a ballot of support.
As we enter the month of April, it is time to begin the campaign season in earnest. This will be no easy journey, and the stakes could not be higher.
Our candidates will require the support of hard working North Dakotans from all across the state in order to secure victory. We are committed to a better future for our country and an even brighter one for North Dakota. Thank you for standing with us.
